Orc was amazing it definitely saved my life I struggled with alcohol for years my counselor Daryl was awesome and all the therapist we're great a lot of good classes I would recommend or see to anybody struggling thank you Brad Nelson
Came to ORC terrified and the staff and other patients were amazing. They saved my life the therapist and groups helped me so much and made me feel so much better! I can't thank them enough for helping me get sober.
I arrived at this facility broken, not speaking, and no voice. With a hole inside of me from an abusive relationship of 17yrs. My husband walked in one day told me he was leaving me for another woman of 2 1/2 years and walked out on me. I turned to drugs to fill the hole. that was my mis-stake. I came here to find me, to help me, to find my voice. They helped me in so many ways I cannot tell you. I am now a functioning woman that no longer worries about anyone else. That no longer looks for someone to pick her up. That makes her own self happy. Because they showed me the way and the strength that I had inside of myself. I cannot tell you what this facility can do for you, all I can do is tell you what it did for me. IT GAVE ME A VOICE! so if you are looking for a voice, or strength, this is the facility to find it in.
Communication & updates were provided regularly about my son. The staff & clinical team were extremely helpful to him. My questions were answered in a very helpful manner which taught me as well. Life of hope has been provided for our family. I have to also give a great thanks to the admissions team.. Valerie, Christina & Matthew!! We couldn't have made it without your help!
Without the help of ORC, I would not be where I am today. ORC helped target the issues I have/had and individually helped me work on myself. The staff at ORC helped mold me into the person I am, helped find my sense of self, and took the steps into finding e an aftercare program that worked for me. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anybody struggling with the disease of addiction.
I was at ORC for 21 days. Im an opioid addict/ nurse and they saved my life. The staff is caring, the food is good, therapist are awesome and they have great amenities. You are treated like a person and everyone knows your name. Most of staff has dealt with addiction, so they know how you feel. There are great groups and they teach you yoga, art and coping skills. This place saved my life. 30 days clean and i hope to return to give back. Highly reccomended!
Well my husband said he couldn't get a towel. My husband was discharged for medical reasons. He just left last week. They took his original drivers license and insurance card because he left in the evening we could not get back was told it would be overnited. Well its been 5 days and hoping it shows up. Dumby me should have made them photo copy. Staff was friendly and so was nursing. Kinda seemed like a social event which im not sure if good or bad. Update they did mail them but to sisters address so im happy and glad that the medical staff realized that something was wrong with him...
Spent 6 weeks at ORC as an intensive outpatient and was thoroughly amazed at the care I received. The staff was kind, courteous and treated me as an individual and not just a name or number on a file. Thanks so much to Leticia, Annette, TJ, Dr. Huckaby and many others for making me feel like I was some body.
I would like to tell everyone about my stay at orc. when i first got there i was a broken man, dead inside from my past and alcohol From the day i arrived i was greeted by a staff that blew my mind. i was so nervous to be there and they just made me feel like ive always been there. mrs. danyell, mrs. tomeka,, mrs. raquell, mrs. annett,mr.phil, mrs. alisha, the nursing staff exspecially mrs. marium were all apart of my recovery which i will always be greatful for. i would like to thank my councelar mr.alex for all his help, i couldn't have done it without him. and above all, i want to thank mr. dave and mr. eric. they changed me in a way that i now love who i am. i am able to face life on life's terms. and its great. oh by the way, mrs. lizz the lunch lady is the bomb. In closing if you have a family member that is struggling with addiction, this is the place to go. all my love orc. i will never forget. pat
A great place troy is the man and so is all the staff especially amira. I make music now this place inspired it shout out to my man Ali. & Benjamin Alexander & 'LL Connor
This place is truly amazing. They helped teach me self discipline, held me accountable for my actions, and even believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. If you're serious about being sober GO HERE. Today I'm 53 days sober and I'd be omitting the specifics to say this would have happened without the help of ORC and their love & genuine care!
They helped my friend got off some heavy drugs and her alcohol problems. all our friends were worried because none of us has dealt with this kind of issue before. The admissions office were really helpful, they talked with me for longer than an hour during our initial call and addressed all of our questions and concerns. They talked with my friend and understood all her issues including some underlining mental health problems she did not even realize. The whole admission process was fast. My friend was admitted with in a day.
ORC was huge help with my sobriety. From the helpful staff, nice facilities, nursing team, and the therapist. As a new property there were a few kinks with communication in some areas but easy fixes. Overall I would recommend ORC to any individual(s) looking for a new life of sobriety.
Jared, the Community Outreach Associate, located in our area is wonderful to work with. He is always willing to help and brings great knowledge and professionalism. We are very thankful to have him in our area.
